An Ode to Crying Buffalos

Oh, how this poor fellow cries and cries. Day and night his tears drop as he wails, and woefully, he slices onion after onion for soups, casseroles, stir fries, and pot roast. He is hooked on vidalia, unapologetically.  And his tears make the rain.

Here"s another version of the Weather Factory character from the previous post. This time I used Harmony, a web based illustration program to help me through some block. It's difficult to make the program behave the way I would like so the results tend to be unpredictable.

 I like this version more than the previous one. Although he is still quite cartoony, it reads with a bit more sophistication. I wonder if children would prefer the other, though.

What does everyone else out there think?
